Herta vendre Muller NOBEL gagnant SIGNÉ

In 1984, Herta Müllersfirst novelNiederungenwas published in Germany by the publisher Rotbuch (a censored version was published in Bucharest in 1982).

Most of the short stories included in the Rotbuch edition ofNiederungenhad first been published in the Romanian German language literary journalNeue Literatur(NL) between 1979 and 1981.

This listing is for a signed copy ofNeue Literaturfrom December 1981 with one of Mullers stories. It was signed by the Nobel winner on the index page.

This is extremely scarce very early work of the Nobel winner, preceding the publication of her first novel.

It does have some conditions issues. It is a softcover with some wear. Additionally, on several of the pages, the previous owner underlined some text (see photo). Nonetheless, overall still a nice presentable copy.
